You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us permission to display and store it so the app works. You confirm you have the right to post it and that it does not break our Community Guidelines or anyone's rights.

Resources, text, images and branding belong to Maternal Menace. You may download and use the free resources for your own personal or family use. Please do not resell them, claim them as your own, or redistribute them commercially.

Don't harass others, post illegal or harmful content, scrape the app, attempt to break its security, or impersonate anyone. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

Optional support and business sponsorships help us operate the service; they do not buy influence over our resources. Maternal Menace LLC is not a nonprofit, and payments are not charitable contributions or tax-deductible donations. Monthly sponsorships renew until canceled, with cancellation taking effect at the next renewal.

Maternal Menace LLC is the seller for all orders. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by us. Billing, tax, and cancellation questions can be sent to us directly using the contact details on this site.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund within 30 days by contacting us with the email used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maternal Menace is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
